Welcome to the Conversations Worth Having Blog

Conversations Worth Having provides a safe and open space to answer questions about your life to re-discover and re-connect to yourself and others in a unique, powerful, but anonymous way. Through extensive study and research, I have found that nothing penetrates the human mind, heart and spirit like a good question. Many people worry that they do not have the correct answers to the questions that they ask themselves or are often asked of them. However, I like to think about this differently…

Questions ARE the answer.

Nothing has the power to completely alter your perspective, thoughts, actions and life quite like a good question. Your answers can lead to a deeper understanding of ourselves and others. One of the most important things to realize about a question is that a person learns far more from the process and work involved in answering a question than from the answer itself. This is why spiritual teachers throughout history have tended to pose so many questions to their students rather than to simply offer a direct answer.

CWH Mission:

In an effort to strengthen “mental immunity” within us all, it is my mission to document and capture real, spontaneous, funny, vulnerable, honest, and courageous answers to questions that highlight our shared human experiences — presented anonymously without bias, assumption or judgment with familiar and relatable themes from ordinary people with extraordinary things to say.

I believe that having conversations worth having — with another person, amongst a small group, and especially with yourself — is a pathway to wisdom, understanding and healing.

As an interactive blog, I encourage you to not only read and experience these answers but to participate by providing your own answers - your personal reflections, lessons and life-experiences — and perhaps find yourself featured within our blog...all in complete anonymity.

We make our world significant by the courage of our questions and by the depth of our answers.” – Carl Sagan
